Peeking through a pile of screens

There's a creep in khaki pants
Buried in mountains of junk
Soldering and smoking hundreds
Scaring customers away
He's turned himself into a prop
Buried in all of his junk

Being next door I'd stop in

He stopped paying all his bills

They shut off utilities
